Ingredientes de la Auyama glaseada

  1. 1 kilo de auyama pelada y picada en cubos pequeños
  2. ¼ de taza de aceite de oliva
  3. 2 cucharadas de miel
  4. 1 cucharadita de sal
  5. ¼ de cucharadita de pimienta recién molida

Procedimiento de la Auyama glaseada

Coloque la auyama en un recipiente con todos los ingredientes y mezcle bien.

Saltee los cubos de auyama en un sartén bien caliente hasta dorar y caramelizar.
